MNEME products are warranted for one year from the date of receipt (not installation) against mechanical defects. We will repair or replace defective components or products as needed. Hard-wired light fixtures are UL and CE listed for dry locations, and each fixture is clearly labeled with its maximum allowable wattage. Please note that using bulbs with a higher wattage than specified will void the warranty.
The following are not covered under our warranty:
Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.
Damage resulting from improper handling, installation, or assembly by the customer or their agent.
Damage to fixtures, fixture components, or shades due to the use of incorrect light bulbs.
Damage caused by exposure to weather or unsuitable environments.
Changes in the appearance of hand-rubbed or unlacquered finishes, as these are designed to develop a patina over time.
Any costs associated with installation, removal, or re-installation.
Restoration or repair work.
Any parts purchased separately from our products.
If you have any questions about our warranty policy, please feel free to contact us.

DAMAGES MUST BE DOCUMENTED AND REPORTED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT WHILE GOODS ARE STILL AT INITIAL DELIVERY LOCATION. APPARATUS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER THIS TIME. IF DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED IN SHIPPING ALL PACKAGING MUST BE RETAINED BY RECEIVER. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY INVALIDATE ANY CLAIM.
